Three insurgent groups which are fighting in Somalia have today said they will merge under one umbrella and will form one group that has a distinct name. Muhammad Adan Kofi speaking to the media on behalf of the three groups said the Union of Islamic Court (faction] which is not affiliated to the Alliance for the Re-liberation of Somalia (ARS] will from today unite with Al-Shabab and the Raaskanbooni fighters who are all fighting in Somalia currently. Kofi also said these three groups will also be named as one soon and will carry out with the Jihad from one front

Such family-run businesses employ 57.3% of Germany's workers, according to the Bonn-based institute of small- and medium-sized companies, IfM.
Under the deal, most property inherited and used by spouses and children will remain free of inheritance tax.
'The passing-on of companies will be made easier and therefore safeguards a continuation of companies and jobs,' said Glos. 'We have done a lot for the German Mittelstand (small and medium-sized enterprises) and a lot for the German economy and its employees in the current difficult economic situation.'
The BDI Federation of German Industries, an association of associations, and the umbrella organization for industrial businesses and industry-related service-providers, welcomed the move.
'The compromise is a big step into the right direction,' Juergen R. Thumann, President, BDI said. 'As inheritance tax has been abolished in some of our neighboring countries, this is a clear relief for family-run businesses, and necessary to keep and safeguard jobs in Germany.'
Deputy Finance Minister Axel Nawrath said Friday the deal still means tax authorities will continue to get EUR4 billion to EUR5 billion in annual inheritance tax.
The reform requires approval by the lower and upper houses for parliament and is set to take effect Jan. 1, 2009
