I wish to extend a special thank you to all those who stopped Friday evening November 8th at the accident scene at the corner of Paris and Regent Streets to offer us their help, use of cell phones, staying in the pouring rain to give witness statments and offers to take my daughter from the busy accident scene to a safe location. To Tina Jones from the LoEllen Park Craft Show, who stayed with us in the pouring rain with umbrella in hand and over our heads.

Thank you to those who called 911 and to that special driver who noted the licence plate and description of that cowardly driver who hit us and then fled the scene. He, because of you, was apprehended shortly thereafter
